When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

To keep shipping costs and times low, VV10 works with international production partners. Whenever possible, items will be produced, fulfilled, and shipped from the nearest location, though this may vary due to stock or production needs.

Problem with your delivery?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@vv10.store with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, it will be returned to the default address (re-attempts follow the carrier's policy). Please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors.

Where do VV10 deliver?
Everywhere there is a Grand Prix (and more). VV10 ships to the US, Canada, Europe, EFTA states, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, and worldwide.

We do not ship to the following restricted regions: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

Shipping fees are based on location, and additional customs or tax charges are the responsibility of the customer (see International Taxes section below).

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for all our items. You might notice a slight scent from the fixing agent when first opening your purchase—this helps bond the ink to the fabric and will wash out after the first wash.

Our fabrics are selected for their quality, feel, and durability. Cotton-based fabrics may shrink slightly after washing. Machine wash at 30ºC and avoid tumble-drying, unless stated otherwise. Please follow care instructions and refer to sizing charts when ordering.

T-shirts, hoodies, and sweaters correspond to a smaller size in the US market, so we recommend US customers order one size up.

Due to the cotton fabric used in many of our garments, natural shrinkage of 1-10% may occur after the first wash.

If you're between sizes or unsure, it's best to size up. Please check the sizing guidelines for each product.

All caps are one-size-fits-all.

All returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To request a return, contact support@vv10.store. In case of a defect, returns are free, but must be confirmed in writing by VV10. Send photos and details of any defects and we’ll resolve the issue.

Because our items are made to order, returns due to buyer's remorse or the incorrect size must be at your own expense and must use a trackable service. Returned items must be in saleable condition: unworn, unaltered, in original packaging with tags/stickers (if applicable), and free of damage or odours.

We reserve the right to determine if the item is in saleable condition. If not, it will be returned to you at your expense. VV10 is not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered parcels, or taxes incurred due to return shipping.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders.

This fee is unfortunately not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

VV10 are not responsible for any additional charges applied by local customs.
