Shipping


When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location and type of the product. Please consult the delivery estimates on each product page and review at checkout before purchasing.

To keep shipping costs and times low, VV10 works with international production partners. Whenever possible, items will be produced, fulfilled, and shipped from the nearest location, though this may vary due to stock or production needs.


Problem with your delivery?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@vv10.store with your order number.

If an error was made in your delivery address at point of purchase, contact us right away as we should be able to update it, or cancel the existing order so that you can re-order.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package, re-attempts follow the carrier's policy. If it still cannot be delivered it will be returned to one of our fulfilment centres. One returned to us, we will notify you as to how you would like to proceed. Please note that we while we do not explicitly cover refunds due to carrier errors, if you contact us about a non-delivery we will do our upmost to resolve any issues for you.


Where do VV10 deliver?
Everywhere there is a Grand Prix (and more). VV10 ships to the US, Canada, Europe, EFTA states, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, and worldwide.

We do not ship to the following restricted regions: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

Shipping fees are based on location, and additional customs or tax charges are the responsibility of the customer (see International Taxes section below).
